Written during my last year as an undergraduate, Prelude in D  part of a group collaboration from the young composers forum to write 24 prelude and fugues. Each member was given either a fugue or prelude to compose. While clearly in D, the piece wanders away from traditional harmonic hierarchy to a more modern approach.
